Personal Information

Having a career in the medical field for over two decades, Theresa Gucciardo’s sense of what people want and need have become part of what makes her the realtor she is today. After leaving the medical field, Theresa became a certified associate broker and has been in real estate for 10 years. She has been with Gucciardo Real Estate Group since the beginning and gets a thrill out of finding the perfect house for her clients. Theresa is also a property manager for multi properties for Gucciardo real estate and her organizational skills as well as her attention to detail is key to being a successful property manager.

A local resident since 1985, Theresa is directly involved in both commercial and residential real estate construction and sales. She also holds a level of expertise as a buyer’s agent and in multifamily sales. Delivering exactly what her clients ask for is one of Theresa’s main goals at Gucciardo. 

Theresa resides in the Capital Region and in her spare time, she loves cooking and entertaining for her family and friends.
