An Associate Broker, Karen’s nearly 15 years of experience includes buying and selling both residential and commercial properties, and she has a strong following of repeat buyers and sellers, due to her unique attention to detail, commitment to her clients, and ability to bring contracts to closure. Karen discovered her passion for Real Estate, while searching for and purchasing residences for herself and family, many years prior to entering the profession. She has a rare talent that stems from continued research, an enthusiasm for the market, outstanding communication skills, and a love for sharing in the joy of a successful sale with her clients.

In addition to buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate throughout the Capital Region, Karen prides herself in working with first-time homeowners and sellers as well as those looking to downsize. Additionally, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering in her community, exploring local trails and photography.
